VW finally acknowledge manufacturing defect and takes action

yes they call me liao also. i also told them the same thing, if change can solve then ok, if cannot solve how.
the guy from VW who was on the phone just laugh and say eh.....

not yet, but their directive is to change all those haven change one to prevent problems.
i dont knw what they thinking la, it is not making sense at all to me. this dont solve the issue, change for wat.

To show LTA that they are doing something, otherwise complaints are rolling in non stop.

Heard from friend that VW blame the gearbox issue on SG climate... Sounds lame to me...
