Canon dslr lens repair

Hi guys, wanna check if anyone can recommand me good dslr repair shop in sg, or would it be better for me to go back to canon? Mine is alrdy an old gal..its a EOS 400D. Someone recommended me back to canon but worried it might be too throat cutting.. my issues with my cam is that i can't zoom in, the LCD just blackout and have to off and on cam again. Can someone advise me.. :pray:

Bro, I think it might be very ex to have it repair lei....
Spare parts might be an issue too....

This is a rather old body. I believe the repairs at Canon will not be worth the repair.
You may want to try the Camera Hospital at Peninsula.
Frankly, I think you should upgrade to 700D or even better still 70D.

Agrees with SuperVirus...perhaps getting a new model is a better choice.

Like you, I have a few old Cams in my dry cabinet, need many different spare parts to get it working again. Decided to move on and get a newer and more advance model.

As for repairs...I only go back to Agent. ;-)

Will camera hospital be cheaper than canon? Actually was considering changing cam, does any shop take in camera with issues? Wanna sell my old girl before buying new one..

Agent means that its gonna cost more I guess.. sigh... I will try both camera hospital and agent, get them quote me.. $$$ going to fly soon.... T_T
